James P. McGlone, Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer Jim has extensive financial management experience in rapid growth and public company environments. Prior to joining Business Arts in 1996, he served as Director and CFO for the Ondaatje Corporation, a company focused on strategic international banking, corporate finance and asset management. He was the CFO of an institutional investment banker operating in key North American and European markets between 1990 and 1992. John Bell, VP Manufacturing, Technology Officer With over 35 years of experience in managing high technology development and production, John was most recently Director of Manufacturing at Leitch Technology Corporation, one of the world's leading technology delivery organizations. Prior activities include managing prototype and repetitive manufacturing activities for the world's leading supplier of mass spectrometers and product development of advanced telecommunications systems. Susan Dineen, VP Sales and Marketing Susan is an executive with over 25 years experience in the technology development business. She has a demonstrated ability to profitably implement strategic initiatives based on the exploitation of technology. At Sony Music Canada, she developed and implemented the technology strategy that positioned them as the most technically advanced affiliate in the world. Prior to that, Susan served as the Director of Systems Development and Support with Ault Foods where she developed the application architecture for both mid-range and client server computing environments. Dan Arnold, Vice President, Software Development Dan has over 20 years of experience in the 3D graphics field and co-founder of Pointstream, Inc. As one the early employees of Alias Research, he spent more then a decade building advanced 3D computer graphics software during the high growth years of the company and successful IPO.
